thank you so much for the reset codes. I have my E860v a month before it was released and it gave me problems. The internet has not been workin for about 3 years now. Its currently working now so thanx once again!!!

I've bought this phone two years ago and I simply don't change it for nothing. I simply love it, never had problems with anything, even when I go to the internet. This phone is amazing. If one day it stop working I'll be very sad for changing it.

at first i liked the phone and it was such a beautiful phone...until i actually bought it,it started giving me a lot of problems and after a while the internet stoped working and my sister had the same problem because we had the same phone.when i called samsung they told me to reset it and i did but it did the same thing again...if u want a phone with a lot of problems then this is the phone to buy...i do not recommend this phone for anyone

My internet service is saying my that E868v has no GPRS.What that mean ? I am failing to surf on the internet with phone.

I have a e860 and i had no problems with this phone.
if you have a problem with internet
go to opera.mini.com
and load a mobile search on your cell.
i guarantee you it works faster and your phone wont freeze again
ps. i must say the battery is very good.

My phone also reset when i try to use the internet, can anyone email me on how to fix the problem, i know steve sent his phone in to reload the software does anyone know if it worked please reply to my email.

at first i loved this phone, but now everything seems to be going wrong with it. the battery is pathetic and i have to charge it at least twice a day, it is continuously freezing, the internet doesn't work and neither does the MMS. if anyone has any solutions for my problems, please help ASAP!!!!!
