I'm actually not happy about the other comments that I've read. My Phone is also giving me the same problem if I try to access my Internet.I'll demand a new phone from my dealer in this case and I don't know if I should take another samsung.Tip for the next user"Don't get a E370,the screen is a problem"

Hey guys i am having exactly the same problems with my e860,it used to switch off when i went onto the internet and then i got the software problem fixed but now i can't get vodafone live PLS help

cooooooooooool...and i just LOVE the camera....i suggest that samsung makes more phones with rotatable cameras!

I absolutely love my E860.. The only problen is it turns off when I go on internet... but then again its a little conforting to know im not the only one who has this problem.. sigh :( Is there nothing that can be done to sort out this problem without taking it in for a software upgrade, im scared to do this incase i lose all the things i managed to download in the short time the internet option did work.. so frustrated!

Ya same thng happened to me! the only u can do is keep pressing vodafone until they gv u a new one! myn went for repairs for 4 times b4 they gave me a new z540 - stoked! jono , sa

hozit guys. im having the same problem with my phone. it switches off when i try to conecct to the internet. the people from the cellphone shops told me that its a software problem. plz help coz they cant seem to. seeing that a lot of people come across this problem, maybe we should take steps towards samsung and inform them of this problem.

Guys iv got dis fone 46 7 months now, it even fell in hot coffee and its still worjing perfect, i love this fone its great havnt given me any probs! Great fone!

my phone was 3 months old when it started giving me problems, also switched off when i tried to use the internet. Sent it in for repairs, it couldn't be fixed so i the phone was replaced with a new one. Everything was great, now another 3 months down the line i'm having the same problem. Am really dissapointed. any1 know how to sort it out?

It is a great phone yes. The only problem that I am experiencing is that after 3 months my phone don't want to go onto the net. It switches off. I am currently having my software upgraded. I hope that problem will be a thing of the past now.
