Also is there a speakerphone?

I just bought the phone yesterday. i'm very much delighted to hold this beauty by samsung. After looking at its features i couldnt find the hanndsfree function.pls email me how to use the handsfree while talking on the phone if u all know ..pls email

Ive just got this phone am just getting useed to it very pleased so far. In terms of the case do I charge the phone up in the case? then when i go out anywhere with it leave the phone out of the case and as soon as the phone starts running out of power then put it in the case when it needs charging? Also how do i change the music from normal to 3D sound?

Well, I've used this phone for over a month now. Personally, i think that the phone is great! If you haven't had the chance to use the phone for a bit, you wouldn't really be able to see its good features.
It took me a week to fully utilize and understand its functions. I do not find that the touch-pad is too sensitive. It's just that you have to know how to handle it the right way.
The phone book can be read by the large screen and calls can be made there too. Messages can also be read via the large screen.
The music quality and the sorting of the music is very convenient and great. Internet surfing on the phone is a breeze except when you need to type something out. But you'll get used to it fast. Calls can also be taken while listening to music on the Multimedia side.
The downside of the phone would be that the battery eats up real fast. But the extra battery pack covers for its short battery life. I could listen to music with my wireless headphones connected via bluetooth for an entire day. The maximum i got out of the phone was 48 hours on standby with a few calls and messages.
Many people find that the calendar is not very good. The month cannot be seen as a whole and the day of the week cannot be seen too. I find that if you synchronize your phone with your computer often, it wouldn't be a problem.
I know many people will not be able to accept this new phone concept but i find it very innovative and interesting.

I really love this phone, one of the things nobody mentions is that the music player has the very best music quality compared to any iPod or SE phone. The SMS and EMS work perfectly and easy and on top you have a 2Mp camera works perfect when you set it right. I use a 1Gb MicroSD and the phone gets me a very pleasurable experience.

Dis phone really suck,believe me! It wont mxit, internet browsing is dificlt. Im going to trade the thing tomorrow. When u first c da phone,its WOW I GOTTA HAV 1. When u use da thing 4a while u will also feel da same. Its got only a few apps,um ja! The name say everything, just a plain stylish gadget, whith a music playa to blend in. If u ar concidering to buy one,think twice!

No, it is not bad at all in fact, this is the most stylish and most unique phone in the world in terms of features and design.
Only that mostly Nokians and SE fans are paranoid and insecure. You cannot put a very good phone down.

Ok... So I have had this phone for about 6 weeks now and now feel I have used it long enough to comment.
I really do not think the previous post has used the phone. The phone is excellent for making calls, texting and as an MP3 player. In fact you couldnt ask for any better for those utilities. The small screen does not affect texting at all, it is very easy and clear- also texts can be read on the larger screen at a touch of a button. Also the keypad is excellent and easy to use with responsive large keys.
However... Do not buy this phone if you want a camera. The camera is of a poor quality and the slightest movements make it difficult to achieve a clear photo. Also in dark conditions the camera is literally useless, it is not even worth attempting. I used to have a nokia 6280 and that was an excellent camera so I was disappointed when I tried the F300. The touch controls make the camera difficult to use also.
Secondly, if you enjoy using WAP, the phone is not ideal. Again the touch keys frequently cause cancelling and backpaging when not desired and vitally the text input is a real effort with a scroll system.
Applications and games are virtually non-existent, in fact they consist of a world clock and calendar that are useless as only one day can be seen on screen, not a whole month; the alarm feature and a voice recorder & memo. That's it!!
Overall I am pleased with this phone because I wanted a very slim phone to make calls, text and replace my ipod... This does exactly that. The MP3 player is excellent quality and easy to use... I actually prefer it to my old ipod. It is just a shame the the phone side operating system is so basic with minimal utilities as I would have liked a good calendar!
This phone does exactly what it says on the box... Ultra Music Edition Phone.

After having this phone for 3 days I swapped it for an SE W610. Its not good for texts, calls, MP3's, or anything for that fact! Its only good point is the camera is quite good. Seriously do not get this phone!

Wouldn't it have been a better idea to have a slightly larger screen on front and compromise on the mp3 screen? Fair enough a lot of mp3 players have a large display but come on? how often do you stare at your mp3 screen when you're walking to work or running for the train?

Is this fobe really that bad for texting as i have recently just ordered it on contract and i have seen that there have been problems about people saying about the text messaging is it really that bad

You can't choose a song for the message tone! there are about 15 tones on it already! and when reading texts on the small screen is really not that bad, the writing is big enough to read, and doesent really bother me tha much! just sux cos it can't get mxit:(
