SAMSUNG F700...
This mobile is the worst mobile i have ever purchesed in my life.
It hasnt been with me a wk and already i cant use it since the touch and screen is not working. :/ And the person i bought it from says to reset it like that would make any diffarance ( tnkx to my technical friends ) I absolutely DO NOT RECOMEND in anyone buying this mobile. Also after reading about it apperantly screen can actually stop working by having it in ur pants Back pocket of course due to moist :/

This phone is a piece of sh1t... I'm very disappointed in it. I'm also with MTN and java doesn't work with it. I've sent it in for a firmware upgrade and apparently samsung keeps your phone for 4 - 6 weeks!!! I really regret buying this phone, so hopefully this firmware upgrade works! I miss my Sony Ericsson K800 :-( Would change back to it any day! Never buying a samsung phone again. Sony Ericsson is definitely by far the best!

rachel, 27 Sep 2008check out the mxit forum from www.mxit.co.za my mxit works... morethe reason why yours work is because you have the vodafone firmware, i need to get my firmware upgraded to support java, but i don't know if a MTN service center can do this for me

im on mtn and i cant get mxit on my phone. Does anyone know how to get it, there is no java apn's on the handset?

got this phone as my vodafone upgrade and was really disappointed. touchscreen isnt great, and web browser is poor.
also build quality is shambolic, within 3 weeks i couldnt hear the person on the other end of the line so had to have all calls via speakerphone. and the back case started falling off very easily despite very little opening of it. charger keeps slipping out very easily also.

This phone has software issues, the screen freezes when you trying to answer a call or end a call and will not respond for about 10 secs, I have 2 of them and they are both the same! The querty keyboard is great and the other functions are quite trick, but I would wait for the updated version with software that works!!!
