This phone is a huge brick. Played with it and very disappointed, slow ,very soft tones, hard to use with the touch screen. Cannot understand why such a high tech company like Samsung cannot make better phone. They are the best in TV screens, memory chips, hifi, even computers. Why do they make lousy phones. It should be easy for them to be better than Nokia...

definitely only 3mp camera most places state 5mp which would have been better.
doesnt matter anyway the camera is rubbish

got this phone 2 weeks ago its really nice design but im now sending it back it locks up when making calls NOTHING will let me end the call. Most the time you cant press the buttons, or it presses a completely different one. I find the phone very slow and seems to have to charge it every day or every other day so has very poor battery life
i have always been a samsung lover and waited agesss for this phone to come out but sadly hugely dissapointed. after my last phone was a sony ericson i think ive changed to them and so will be now waiting for the w960 to come out.

I am a firm follower and samsung lover but now i want to say as an advice.
some of ur product is great like F700 but lack of something like WLAN,a high end video recording like VGA 30fps,5megapixel camera,video player like F500 maybe get it the best.
P520 is like this.G800 is spoiled by bad resolution of video recording.F500 is great but video recording is in a bad resolution and no flash and also can't show message and other thing on the second LCD.On (i) series i love them specifically Windows mobile like i780 but make camera stronger on them.
Until now i had T100,D500,D600,E900,i300 and now i have D900.
make the OS of common handset better and smarter.
F700 AND F520 are Ultra smart phone,Why?
See some company like Nokia make an advantage handset like N95,E90,N81,N82,... that are complete.most of them have 3.5mm audio jack and WLAN but samsung's handset have this item very weak.Also LG has wiety and prada that very good and approximate complete.
Every year make an approximate complete handset.

Hey gsmarena is it 5MPixel or 3.15MPixel?
Is it 3.2" or is it 2.8"?
Gsmarena spec are different than other websites including Samsung announcement in the beginning of the year. Can someone please specify what is right or wrong?

if ur gonna put a movie on its gonna have to be in 240x440 resolution or it wont work!
i dont know what the frame rate is... surely it is 30fps??

@ TIEf those specs are from February this year and are now very wrong. The device that was eventually released is very different from the one that was announced.

This phone is the BEST!!! I love how the keyboard design is, it make this phone very easy to use. I text msg with an ease. And the speaker on this is VERY loud. I just bought this from dechowireless.com and they shipped its SUPER fast only 2 day. Anyways does anyone know where i can get cool apps for this phone?? thanks in advance.

Got the phone the other day it had a faulty battery or so we thought got another battery same thing happened unable to charge.
Found using the phone problimatic very had to use any of the programs.
So the phone goes back to vadafone for a change to sony ericsson.
Not happy with the phone at all very disapointed not as good as stated in the right ups.
