No 3G, the thing on front is a light sensor not a Camera.
Only easily scraped if you drop it, or stick it in your pocket with coins and keys.
You cannot see the memory card from Studio 3 You have to select on the g600:
SETTINGS> PHONE SETTINGS> USB settings> and select MASS STORAGE. Save.
Connect Cable and then click on "My Computer" on your PC. Phone memory and mSD card will appear as 2 extra drives. Drag and drop what you want.

Someone said that the G600 has 3G....
How can that be??? when the specs says that it doesnt have 3G
Could someone please let me know if it really does have 3G

Had my trusty D900 for 2 years now and finally bought G600 today...Great phone and all...got it dead cheap at £15 a month for 900texts and 400minutes.
But does the memory card work properly??...Couldn't work it..and have no clue how to use the USB cable connected to PC after successfully installing the PC studio thingy...but couldn't upload me photos! :(...HELP
Also not too easy to slide open...and bit off paint has already chipped off after just 3 hours of buying!..like Dude!.

Decent battery and build quality. It cannot be beaten at the sub £150 price bracket on pay as you IMO.
Samsung seriously made a mistake not allowing message tones to be changed from 4 defacto ones. The rest of the beast is:

As said before you cannot set an mp3 as your message tone. I know some people have said this is possible but unless there is some new firmware - I have not found anyone that can do this. I also checked with Samsung and they confirm that it is not possible to do this. You only have the choice of the 4 preset tones.

cud sum1 plz tell me how 2 change the message tone 2 a song the beep is driving me round the bend. i have 2 have it on silent all the time in case i throw my g600 against the wall

ok how do you set the contact list to phone memory only and not both the sim card and phone? the review said it can be done, but i also have the asian version of the phone that can not create themes. please help

i got this phone just a feqw weeks ago and found that the battery life is very poor , after just a few shots and a little video the battery is drained were as my old nokia N70 had bags of life in it compared to this one

I read opinion and somebody asking is it possibole to put mp3 tone on sms. Yes every tone you like. I bought my G600 few days ago.

I bought this phone a few days ago. And its very good i think for now its the best chose between price and functionality. In this phone is one thing I dont like - speaker.
But if you will buy it you wont be disapointed.

can this card take 4gig micro SD card?
it would really be a nice phone if it can accept highDensity cards.
and also, for those who have had the phone for ages, does this phone really chips off?

I have own the D600, then U600, and now G600. D600 was amazing, U600 thin but anoying. G600 is my best phone to date, great battery, great camera, great phone, love it!

Well I sure hope that it will drop by June. Cause the price here right now is about C$375. That doesn't even include tax yet. By then it would be around close to C$400. I know there will be new samsung phones coming out this april and may. Hopefully the price would drop. If it cost more here before I go home then most likely I'll buy it there.
I know you can change the firmware for G600 so you can use mp3 music for message tones. I read it here somewhere but I'm sure the warranty would be void if you do that.
