When I bought this phone, apart from the battery, charger, Stereo head set, PC studio CD and 512 mb sd card, a usb data cable was included. You can view photos; videos etc on TV provided you have the optional TV-out cable with you. (Not the usb cable).

To Waz:
You may have to use the video recorder for the purpose of torch. Rather than going thr’u the menu’s if you use short cuts, you will find it easy. For example, when you slide up and press and hold the camera key will take you to the camera mode, press 1 will take you to the video mode, press * ( once or twice- depends – see the flash icon) will put the flash mode ON and pressing the camera key will put the flash ON. Once the need of torch is over, press the cancel button and do not save the recording. There can be some other ways too.

Hi, what are included in the package when you buy this phone? There's a TV out option, thus this mean i can play videos in this phone and also have it display on TV? same with photos and documents?

While you are on call, press #*22671# to start recording the conversation and press #*22672# to end recording. The recorded conversation will be in the sound folder in amr format.

1: Yes. Since Samsung uses .vcf format, you can synchronize it with Outlook. When you import the contacts to Outlook, select the VCARD file ( vcf )
2:Yes, you can easily install approximately 30 applications at a time.( Max. 4 MB)
3:Yes, it is possible. You can save upto 5 nos and email id and few notes under one contact name.

No, for that you need a 3G phone at both ends.
To gigi86ro:
With the aid of mptrim software, you can actually increase the volume of your ring tone upto 12 db. ( but 6 db should be ok and beyond that will reduce the audio quality). For that you should install the software on your PC, get the volume increased, and then send it on your cell and use it as a ring tone. Also since, G600 works on dragonfly platform, the “Rajesh method” which he has explained in D900 forum may also work in this phone.

the volume is not so loud.. actually I can`t hear it ringing when I`m outside..
There was a guy saying smth about mptrim software.. well how can I install mptrim?

I have few questions if someone can answer that would be great.
1) Can the G600 sync with ms outlook address book ?
2) can I install java apps on it ?
3) Is it possible to store multiple phone numbers for each name in the address book ?

Under one contact name, you can save 5 nos namely mobile, home, office, fax and other. You can also add the email id and notes to it and many more.

No it's not true. If contact is stored on phone there are spaces for 5 numbers per contact.
