with this samsung galaxy a01 my satisfaction to all samsung device are totally wipe out. theres no term buget to this phone everything so expensive.they put wasteful upgrade, hard to reach customer support and self interest development. sad to say for galaxy a01 user like me licking their splited saliva(budget eating).

brody, 17 Jun 2021this phone is good people buggin as always This phone seems to be giving me problems in storage and sometimes I can't even go to what's up it is so annoying so then I go back to the shop they end up fixing it it works for only a few days then it gives me the same problem I want another 0phone but I don't have money. Any suggestions?

It's surprising that Samsung is giving OS ugrades now as opposed to how they abandoned their low end and mid range phones without a single upgrade

very bad update, apps crash very often, poor battery life (~1.5 times less screen time than android10)

My cellphone doesn't answer when someone calls me, I have to reply back with a short text saying I'll call back. Can I set this phone to answer without doing this text stuff?

I up-graded from Samsung flip phone to make texting easier for grocery pick-up. Text location 6 digit short code. The phone gives the message "couldn't send message". The "HELP" nuimber "611611" for Straight Talk Wireless" a service of "Tracfone Wireless" does the same thing. After 5 hours on the phone with tech's, they can not get the problem fixed. Walmart will not refund after 15 days according to the electronics manager. I was signed up for auto renewal. Two months of service is more than the phone cost. Send me a phone that works.

They removed sharing via wifi direct after updating to android 11. That's suicide for Samsung!

I upgrade my galaxy a01 to android 11 and battery gets even worst draining.they add some annoying apps and remote if they want to spy. I wish there should be a rollback or a twrp.

Been using is for almost a year, it's been good and overall nice. Around May, the Android 11 update came and it was definitely an improvement.
It may have 16 GB of storage, 2 GB of RAM, or not USB-C. But I bought it for the experience and not its specs.

Today i upgraded 10 to 11 and ui 2 to 3.....
it's really superb than before.
cheapest phone but service so good.

I believe samsung can do it but dont have in galaxy A01. Lesson to me just to hear the word "SAMSUNG" followed by "GALAXY" and forgot the tail "IN THE GARBAGE".

Me and one of my friends have A01. He told me that the update to android 11 - One UI 3.1 is bringing up in the software update menu in his phone while when I check for update, it says your phone is up to date. Strange!

Camera is sufficient for shots of document and everything.
I suggest you m01 that has more memory and bigger battery.

I watch many documentary and search web a lot. I bought this as a temporary phone after I cant find proper battery for my 7 years old galaxy and send it to retirement.
