Mr reviewer, 18 Nov 2021First the new update is good.i guess so.this phone is not m... moreAbsolutely agree, it's very usable I received update for it on Thursday like you say it needs a user who knows how to operate this low spec handset, I mean you have option to download lite version apps and runs good tbh I have it for calls and light browsing works fine for me. Love the design of the handset nice back on it.

First the new update is good.i guess so.this phone is not meant for heavy usage or intensive tasks.there is lag.but this phone is good for videos and social media.download lite apps and update it to reduce lag.this phone is good but it needs a good user

Your samsung a02 is a very useless phone... samsung a01 is even faster... who made this phone in fact?... samsung just wasted my life savings... it wasnt easy to save up the money i wasted for your scrap phone...

worst phone i ever had. the frames dropped it can not maintain at 30fps.it has delays on opening apps it is slow and does not have good camera quality. with other phone brand i could get better overal everything for the same price.

My problem is the battery, it is too slow when charging, as of this minute it's 64 % and will take another 5 hours to get to 100% so frustrating because I use it to watch Netflix

I've used this phone and it does not perform well. It is the kind of phone that will sometimes lag between when you type something and when what you typed shows up on your screen. There is lag when you scroll through web pages. There is delay as you interact with your apps. Using this phone was frustrating enough that I replaced in in less than a year.

You guys commenting bad about this phone should fear God, the phone is not made for Gaming, just mentain it and always update the apps in the phone on Google play store to avoid lags and don't full the internal memory, if not, u won't enjoy it at all... I got mine since April, I update d apps every 3-5 days and check if dere is any update available on play store and d phone is doing well... I upgraded the version and it's still working fine...

You can fix heating by using wifi or 3G, also disable gps and unused features, it has quad cores so it is normal, get a03s if you want better hardware (12nm 8cores)

I got the AO2 - 3 RAM AND 32 GB MEMORY as a present for my B-day and so far I haven't had any issues with it.
Phone is working as a should be.
I have purchased a 128GB and so far so good.
It say that you can use up to a 500GB card on the device but for me 128 is more than enough.

Samsung A02s is the worst phone I ever had
Forced to update or you can't use the phone
Verizon store rep named Rita in Chiefland Fla told me the phone would support Google skymap i.e.compass compatible
IT IS NOT
I asked several times during the hour + that I was there to make sure since I am an Astronomer and use Google Skymap
She answered in the affirmative each time.
The A02s was also the only prepay phone they had.
She must have wanted me to get the new Verizon account real bad
Had it 4 months now and never have made a payment to Verizon because of the deception.
I also have a Samsung A20 (gyro/magnetometer) and hate it to
Both the A02s & A20 give notifications for no reason.
I have a Moto G Stylus (free from Boost) and it works great
