They need to fix:
Slow quarterly updates and make them monthly
Slow android updates (my brothers a20 getting android 11 on AUGUST which is a month before android 12 comes out)
Better camera and better aperture
Better UI by not bringing up a splash screen by saying for example "Phone" whenever you open the phone app and having to wait
Even a used iPhone 7 (100 pounds) can beat this
Cmon samsung make your phones better

The only thing you need 6gig for is for a relatively few premium games that 99.9% of people will never bother playing anyway.

Are you honestly saying that a flagship S5 or S6 from a few years ago was not a smartphone? Because the specs of the cheapest Samsung A10 available today are actually superior when compared to those previous flagships.

When are these companies, the likes of Samsung and Nokia understand that they can't compete at this segment by copying the same phones from chinese oems only with less value. They must offer something different, something like more compact affordable devices, invest in software to make it more optimised for these weak devices, anything but this nonsense.

The features are the phone are good except for the chipset snapdragon 450 is really outdated. Samsung should have used snapdragon 460 or mediatek helio g35 and should have priced the phone at around 100 dollars.150 dollars is a bit high for this phone.

Anonymous, 26 Nov 2020No smartphone in this price segment is 'True' sma... moreMy point was elsewhere - I don't mind a QC cpu in any phone - they are top of the shelf without a doubt - but...when Samsung decides to clean up the old QC stockpile of SD 450s rather than going for a decent entry level processor ( e.g G70/80) - something is just not right. The users don't need this phone when they can buy a Redmi 9 for a few dollars more. It is exactly Samsung and Qualcomm that need this phone.
