This phone is actually trash I've have moto budget phones from 2015 that are better than this peice of junk. Do not buy!! I've had this phone for 2 years and it is already getting lag spikes every 5 minutes, it takes 2 minutes to open an app! It's the worst budget phone ever!!!

My A03s is a 4/64 model
I bought this from a girl who places it in her back pocket. Of course she eventually bent the whole thing. She sold it to me for about US $22. I really didnt need it but my secondary phone was a Samsung A10 (2/32) and it really needed to be retired.
I replaced the lcd frame which fixed the bent issue and replaced the charging board for a problem that manifested 2 weeks after for a total of about $10 with technician labor.
To be honest Im only using this for social media, very few pics, reading news, playbook, chess, banking and movies.
Heres my experience: The battery is surprisingly excellent, I restart it once a week, very minimal lag on everything I use it for. Speaker is very good for my needs, wifi and data is very strong. Pictures are good with good lighting, again Im not a picture taking person. The original lcd was replaced by the first owner yet Ive never had any problems with it. It doesnt get hot(probably because I dont game on it). I moved my memory card from my old phone so that I never have movies and pics in internal memory so I always have space. Ill be using this phone for a while I think.
Thoughts on my A03s: I noticed kids here complain about the A03s because they attempt to game on it. I dont. I think if an adult uses it, it should be sufficient for their needs. If one has a bigger budget, then by all means get a better one. If you own a Kia dont try to drive like youre in a Porshe.

Samsung products are durable especially the Galaxy AO3s as it is being used by daughter and wife.

I've been using this phone since its release, and this has been one of the best. The battery life, gaming experience, and overall performance are great. However, I'm considering this one now as outdated. It wasn't able to catch up with all the new models of phones from different brands, even Samsung itself. It was definitely top-notch in 2021.

Owned for like 2 years.
First of all, it's old and slow. 3GB of RAM - is the worst thing for 2023-2024.
Battery life - INSANELY GOOD. Using nav + using 4G data connection, rocking musing via BT + hot-spoting wifi for friend's iPhone and we doing good.
LCD display is cheap, not sufficient to read anything under harsh light, but really tough. It has lots of falls, no protective film - and still have only 2 big cracks. Touch works ok, but sometimes glitch for a 6-8 simultaneous touch for a second or two, lol.
Camera:
Macro camera is a JOKE. Literally. It does WORSE than actual MAIN camera.
Main camera is kinda good. Does good HDR, provides maximum of ISO5000. No manual control except you install Open Camera. Then you could go for ISO5000+1/17 OR ISO1600+0.4S combo + Night scene setting. Don't forget to pick "SLOG" profile to get more details and less contrast.
DOF (portait) camera - well, it does some works, but expect it to work like 2014 phone. Not great, not bad.
Front camera has "slightly wider" option, for some reason - it's not by default. 5/10
1080p30fps is the best possible settings.
Hardware:
Slow CPU from 2018, can't handle big apps, mostly insufficient RAM, which cause lag very hard. Good for basic things like installing OLD apps, OR lightweight ones.
My suggestion - this is for phonecalls ONLY.
Or as backup phone for car nav OR as music player.
GPS signal receiving is really good, no troubles since then.

The bloat is aggravating and I've researched ... moreI had one of these, used adb to uninstall the bloated packages (most of the samsung suite, google suite, gave me tons more battery) turn off account sync and find my device under google (removing the account is even better), WiFi scanning, Bluetooth scanning, and location off. If you use Snapchat go into settings and under notifications disable friend recommendations and turn display on for notifications, Power saver with the ultra power saver mode all the time. Gave me a fews days to a week of battery from a charge, which is excellent compared to my pixel 6a and moto edge 2020 (most flagships get terrible battery sadly). Which both get around 1 day. It's GPU is from 2013, which is why the performance is so terrible. For YouTube, I used an app called newpipe because it is a lot lighter and doesn't lag due to the underpowered GPU and lack of bloated YouTube features in the viewer. It's speaker is mediocre, screen is mediocre type of panel, but you get exactly what you pay for and did it's job fine for a few years.

Terrible is all I can say for this phone, like it literally overheats on one bar graphic on Roblox and somehow got beat in fps from a phone from 2018

this is so ahh, i mean it few lags actually hurt and cannot play rolbox (i did it on purpose) without a single hint of decent frames.
this can be used as a burner/second-hand phone and do NOT use it as a main phone.

This is horrible. It lags on the lock screen. The system UI crashes. Not even subway surfers could run at even 30 fps. IT RAN AT 10 FPS. The home screen lags. 100 gigs? Try 32. Downloading is horrible. Randomly disconnects, the phone doesnt work at 4k. I currently am owning a s25 ultra which is better in EVERY way. DO NOT USE THIS PHONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Its only good as a 2nd phone or burner. But this is horrible.

this phone is actually disgusting to use, it's the rock bottom of the budget segment and the fact you can still get it today is even worse...
not even custom roms can save it (yes, i tried), it lags on everything even with most of the apps disabled and it's not even close to something like motorola's old budget options.
don't buy it, not even as a trap phone PLEASEE look at something like an iphone se 2 because theyre like dirt cheap

. if I told you that this phone was created to upset you I bet you wouldn't believe me but I promise you. Save the forty bucks it costs and put it towards anything else. Lags with nothing on it, Slow with all apps disabled. Stutters while typing making it not work properly. Browsing anything is a choir when it should be an experience. I quit phones last year for three months because I was over it. I couldn't really afford anything else at the time and the phone is so cheap the it was hard to pass up. I wish I did. I ended up saving up for a pixel 6
night and day difference.
