So it's likely users may experience problems. Am a user of A10s, problem is on a flat surface touch screen response not smooth but when held in the hands, or connected to a charger or earpiece on flat surface like on table or bed it works perfectly.

Yesterday on 14 August I purchased A10s, What a bad experience of this handset i.e. first of all slowly charging experience after that I'm trying to install whatsapp due to which my kid class is continue just for 15th August as mandatory attendance but again & again I'm horror with surprised that I can't install, Can Company representative & any body guide me that what may I do with this handset... Oh my God...

The only thing I love from this phone is that when taking portrait photos you can be able to set the amount of blur you want to use for your photo..... And also the blur edge are awesome... I love portrait photos from a10s...

My A10s turns itself off and wont turn back on. I have to hard reset it every time for it to work, manually rebooting it doesn't always work. I have to reboot it 3 or 4 times, and sometimes even that doesn't work. This is the worst device Samsung ever made. Save your money DO NOT BUY IT
