Play music doesn't show album art,playstore won't allow me to download apps,samsung notes won't open,screen goes black when lock and unlocking......Most of these issues started after update

A10s owner, 02 Jun 2020Choppy video playback. Cannot recomend a10s for movies.Saw this and overlooked it. Worst video playback I have ever seen. Resolution and video is very poor. I don't recommend

Ryan, 23 May 2020Reset your phone. I'll help you. I did the same thing.If you want to reset your phone, hold down the power button and three circles will come up. You can either press the middle one that resets your phone or the top one that shuts it down. It is completely up to you :)

Why does my a10s always freezing almost like every 5-10min when using. It's so bothering because i need to turn off so that freez stop and it's so bothering while playing.
