MicroSD keeps on getting unmounted. Frequently shows on the notification that the memory card is removed. One of my microSD cards was damaged (cannot delete files, cannot reformat card) because of this issue. The microSD card cannot be reformatted even on another phone or even on a computer. Tried deleting files but those files keep on coming back.

i used this phone as a back up and I still using my redmi 10c. and no wifi cellular and no Bluetooth, and I cannot software update this shit no more due to no internet!!!

The phone showed down over the year. But since Im so broke I can't buy a better phone to replace with. But the back of the phone does have a grippy texture which is meant for the extra touch/feeling, but unfortunately if you use phone covers it becomes useless.

Ole, 27 Aug 2022No Bluetooth..wifi..connection it's been months nowIt's basically a hardware problem. Very common on this model A10s. But it is easy to resolve. Take it to a phone technician nearest to you. Have them disassemble the phone. Use a rework station to mildly warm the circuit board where the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi IC is located. This is meant to eliminate any dry joints below that IC. The issue will be resolved

I have had this phone since Aug 2020.It is still perfect except that I dropped it and shattered the glass a little.Otherwise no problem with processing,keys etc
