samsung is great, but their budget phones are really lacking. the 2 (and possibly 3) GBs of RAM could be a bottleneck, and in 2021 720p screens aren't the best. the battery is pretty good for the price, but both xiaomi and motorola have budget phones with 1080p displays, more RAM, and better chipsets.

After just 2 weeks use, it hang. Customer service fix it by reformat. Wipe out very important data.

This is the worse phone I have ever owned,going back to analogue bricks.so many things to annoy you,like all dumb phones(nothing smart about them) look at it & battery goes flat,black screen is annoying,when you can't find the side button. camera,wifi, shit. Find the hang up button is a mission,ending a call, usually wait for other person to hang up. dumb phones are crapp to use, keyboards too small,to answer a call is a task, you need speaker on ,using it to your ear is uncomfortable. nothing practical about for this piece of shit. you expect more these days. Samsung service is a joke, no plain instructions. why does your emails have to go through google, even though you use your private account. why does it delete your email from server when you delete it on your phone. google gets all your details, no privacy. piece of crapp, overpriced to boot.
