I got one 7 days afo for around 100 euros. Good things;
Software is good, yes it's a "Core" (read - Lite) version of OneUI, but at least it's a 2.0 version out of the box. Charging: We get fast charger (15w), in system option is enabled by default "fast charging", and it charge from 0-100% under 2h via usb type C port, and, also, thats a good think (for the price). Battery life.. Well, it's a ok.
Bad things: light sensor does not work good, 2GB RAM, in first boot up there is 600-800mb available, later, even less (so phone slow down quickly). Screen, colors is little blend, but on this phone there is no oleophobic coating, at all. Also, build quality, yes we know that low end A series from Samsung is made by unknown Chinese OEMs, since 2019, but this one is really low quality, there is a cracks when we using phone, on power/volume buttons area, so case is a must. All in all, really, maybe is better to look for another budget phone (even from Samsung), or Motorola, or Xiaomi, at least, because of build quality, and camera quality, also because of RAM, 2GB for phone that is 2020 model is just to low, for Android (full Android) 10. So, skip this one, and look for something better, A51 is good phone from 2020 A series, A11, no really.

I hate this phone. It makes lousy phone calls, you don't get your texts, we have wi fi calling and the settings are on, the phone will not connect to any Bluetooth device that I have. It's the biggest piece of shit

Absolutely won't recommend it. After using it for a month, all I can say is I made a wrong choice. This phone DOES NOT excel in at least one category!
Performance-wise: Borderline Average
Camera-wise: Below Average
Battery-wise: Average
System-wise: Average
Build Quality: Borderline Average
Reason:
It has Old Chipset(2017 Chipset) and thus Performance isn't Good and Signal too.
Camera is horrible compared to other phones at this price range. It doesn't even support Modes other phones have like Slo-Mo/Time Lapse/ or even a simple Night Mode.
Battery can last you a good 6 hrs on heavy loads(7 hrs for a tweaked one) which is average on this price range.
System is smooth but here's the catch, Samsung is currently loaded with their OWN Services as they want to compete with Google but due to the phone running on Android means Google MUST HAVE their own Services as well, point is, there's 2 types of Irremovable Services constantly running in background further decreasing Battery Life and Storage.
Build Quality of this phone is something you won't imagine Samsung would do, a Plain Reflective Thin Plastic Cover is just unacceptable. Aside from fingerprint traces, cover is a low quality plastic that dust particles from your pocket or floor could leave a scratch on it.
Phone is built with minimum cost but maximum profit in mind like honestly, they could have put a much better Chipset/Storage/Cover.
The only saving grace from this phone is the Brand Name. Samsung is known to have a good software updates. I hope that the next Major Update of this phone will enable us to have Different Camera Modes, Better Customization, and Samsung's Popular Game Launcher.

I bought this phone in September. A month later, I put it on the charger when I went to bed and when I got up the phone would not come on. It still won't. I just wasted $165 because Verizon would not exchange the phone. Would not recommend it to anyone.

RAM does not dictate everything. Processor dictates more. This is a budget chipset built for power efficiency, not for gaming. iPhones have powerful chipsets, because they are premium devices.

T7, 15 Oct 2020I think you are sensitive...It's not good enough to qualify it to be the best phone in 2020, I reccomend to buy galaxy not 5 ,which is super smart phone despite of being a old backs days phone ,but still it's most competitive smart phone in a current period
