This is last time for samsung mobile (samsung a12)used
This phone has wifi issues, network also issues. Cameras
not good quality. Any solution to this?? By the way I did a factory reset as well as network reset but no luck so far.
I really upset for samsung quality phones
Verry bad
I am completely unhappy with this phone. The camera malfunctions half the time. The screen locks up way too much and it does not even compare to less priced Galaxy phones. Very bad

It's a perfect piece of junk, wifi keeps on disconnecting on it's own cause of that I miss calls & messages I did a factory reset fiddled with the network settings but no luck while my other phone & TV stays connected to the same network, regret buying this piece of trash!!

This phone has wifi issues, it gets disconnected on its own which is highly irritating while my tablet remains connected to the same network. Any solution to this?? By the way I did a factory reset as well as network reset but no luck so far.

constant failures; tech support can't manage their own technology have to mail it in to their servic and wait 2 weeks for a phone undr qrranty!! Heck with Samsung Service. i'm throwing the phonee sway, and will bad mouth samsung phone forever.

The wifi hardware sometimes restart itself for no reason, Wifi controls are useless, Sometimes the touch tend to not register nor just thinks that be tapped the area twice
Overall bad color display, just bland than Huawei Y6s, although the perf of that phone is weak, it still delivers good colour on its screen than this.
No packet measuring also, this sucks, I can't even measure internet speed in real time

This phone is a piece of shit. Have only had it almost 3 months and it already crashes and gives the white screen of death if I go online for longer than 30 seconds and the camera app that comes automatically installed on the phone stopped working a month ago. Such a waste of money. I used to be a die hard Samsung customer but after this, NEVER AGAIN

garbage phone. never had a problem with samsung until now. bought it less than a year ago and not a day has gone by that i don't regret buying this piece of crap. spend a bit more and buy a better samsung instead. they really dropped the ball on this one. every day issues with screen response, lag, and failure to notify me of new messages and sometimes even phone calls

I would never suggest anyone to buy this phone, reason at this price range you will get other better performing devices, I bough this phone in November 2021, and selling this phone on cashify now, because after purchasing this cheap device I was cursing my self, why I bough this, the reason is poor performance, lagging in touch, fingerprint, hanging every time even when I am getting calls or doing anything. I really thing that is it really a 6 GB RAM phone, you'll get better options in this price range so don't even think of buying this cheap device made by samsung.
