Man... this phone is too overpriced and its camera is bad as heck. And its slow as hell bruh. I should've chose the tecno camon 16 the same price but better quality man

My A12 restart itself randomly even when I'm using it how can I fix this, tried wipe cache and did factory reset i even flashed the stock rom bt the problem persist. Help please

I use it for work for photos only, corporate owned. No sim, WIFI only. As a cheap-ish digital camera with OneDrive or whatever cloud service you use, 100% worth it for a work only phone. Even if corporate gives you this phone with a SIM for work, it works well. My personal, not company, S10 is better in every regard, but I can't use it as a camera at work due to trade zone and intellectual property issues.

I had this phone for less than 2 months, then replaced it with a Motorola model.
Things I disliked about the phone:
1- the interface is not standard Android. A Huawei phone I had 3 years ago had better features and ease of use
2- it installs a bogus "Free" application to the left of the 1st home screen that has Samsungs streaming entertainment channels -- whether you ask for it or not! And whenever you page too far to the left of your home screen, it actually runs the app, whether you wanted to or not. So you have to go into the active app list and kill it. And guess what -- its impossible to find the feature and delete it
3- the screen is too dim to see it in daylight when using the camera. I could not use the camera outside on a sunny day
4- It has a "Samsung" series of apps that are together a huge memory hog, just bloatware, with no way to turn off or move to the SD card. They are largely redundant with Google apps. Kinda dumb for a phone with 32 gig of internal memory. I was told constantly by the phone I was running out of memory and to delete some apps, but on the new Moto phone, I have 40% free memory
5- The phone is too wide to fit in my (standard size) carpenter's pocket on the thigh of my trousers. It won't reliably go in the pocket. In fact, when getting ready to kneel, the phone fell out from my pocket about 24 inches onto a hard floor, causing the screen to shatter into several hundred pieces, (it was fully protected from doing so by the lip of the phone case). First damaged screen I have ever had in 16 years of smartphone use. Now for the best part -- after I saw the phone was trashed, I was gleeful !! I called my cell provider that night and ordered a new phone
6- the home wallpaper is rendered at significantly lower resolution than the screen. Also, the wallpaper does not "page" with navigating the home screens, as all my phones have done for the last 4 years, including the new Moto.
7. The fingerprint sensor integrated with the on/off power button on the side only has about 1/4 of the area of a standard on-the-phone-back sensor. I would estimate its success rate in getting a print to be accepted was about 30%
8- All this and it was $40 more expensive than the Moto Pure G I replaced it with !!
All I can figure is that Samsung added all these endearing features to make sure it would not compete with their much pricier flagship Galaxy models.
Run, don't walk, away from this engineering nightmare

The phone is working fine but just discover that it doesn't have magnetic sensor for accurate compass reading.

Hi, there!
I got this phone but only now found out that the caller sounds come from the bottom, the same place where videos and media comes out.
Meaning: everyone around me hears the conversation of the person who's calling me! Is this normal in modern smartphones?

Hello, my dad uses this phone, and there's a problem with wifi connection (even though it works perfectly on other devices), it keeps connecting and disconnecting when the phone is in a close range to the router, but works fine if the phone is further from the router, are there any solutions for that?
