I recently bought my A12 64gb 7F model it's super cool
I'm surprised that 7f has an exynos 850 chilpset unlike 5f which has mediatek p 35
It serves me well

Photo quality of this phone surprised me. I bought it as a secound device but its wide lens takes better photos than my premier.
Battery life is amazing too.

I am using galaxy A12 (4gb ram variant), no issues at all. Those complaining about lagging, are the ones using 2gb ram variant of this phone. If you want to buy galaxy A12, please buy the one of 4gb ram and above.

As a gig worker for Lalamove delivery service, this phone isn't responsive-I have touch sensitivity issues when I am taking orders while driving. I had to swipe multiple times to confirm an action so much so at many occasions I literally had to hold the phone while driving..It's only suitable for desk work static position else for active physical work this phone demands your utmost focus -so if you're doing multiple tasks while physically active moving around then this phone isn't for you

A phone as new as this, and it does not support 802.11 n/ac 5ghz. That is mind blowing to me. My old Xperia XA2 supports it just fine, and it's been 3 years since it's release. It cost the same as this phone.

The Samsung galaxy A12 is a very good phone (for its price). In fact it is better than Tecno canon 17 ( although they are similarly priced and the latter is newer) . If u are thinking of buying this phone, buy the 4/128 model or the 6/128 model. Just don't expect this phone to be as fast as A32 or A52, because like I said, it is good at its price

i just need to backup the other reviews saying how bad this camera is. yes, we understand it's not a nikon DSLR, but this camera is absolutely pathetic. you can get better pictures from a disposable camera, not even joking. taking photos with a phone is fairly common these days. if you want your family memories to look horrible, go head. it's just so, so bad. video is just as bad. there is 0 reason a phone released in 2020 should have a camera so bad. all pictures are grainy even when in focus. it's like there is some weird software artifacting that just kills detail. 48mp has to be a lie.
and yes, it's slow. samsungs UI is horrible. i'm talking normal javascript will crash your browser slow. using actual apps is a painful experience.
the stock screen protector is an oil/sweat magnet. who wants to buy screen protectors + a case for a budget phone? this was a temp phone until i got a new one for myself and was just horrible. if you don't get a case, you will drop this stick of butter constantly. especially in the winter with lower humidity. it really makes you appreciate how your old phones didn't fly out of your hands. the plastic body just doesn't work, it's too slippery.
the ONLY thing i will give the phone is the battery is decent. my 4 year old flagship still lasted longer on a full charge, but this one isn't bad. too bad the phone is unusable.

I got this phone days ago and everything was going well until I updated to android 11. Now my sim card is for emergency calls only and its saying not registered on network. I don't even know what to do

look i am not a troll dudes. I have used the A12 for 1 year and the battery is good so r the biometrics. BUT THE CAMERA IS PATHETIC. HORRIBLE
