Just bought this phone, used only 3 days but suddenly its front camera is not working and giving error "Camera Failed"..!! What to do now? I have tried reset, cache clear from camera app and so on but no luck... Any Idea?

just bought the A12 4ram/128gn internal + 32 gb micro sdhc card
i would like to know if anyone has tried to move downloaded app such as GAMES and some social app which normally in other phone , those app can be moved to sd card .because i cant find this option in mine.

i would like to know if apps such as game can be move to sd card .
just bought mine A12 , this option cant be seen in the app manager.
because same game is installed in xperia and can be moved on sd card.

I just ordered one and I saw the information's and wrote it in a paper I think its good its waterproof and the screen is hard to broke I love it maybe it comes with it a cover cast i think good try for me

Galaxy a12 does not have smart view function although the cheaper A02s has it .can anyone confirm this and can anyone shed light on why it's not there. Thanks

The phone is shit you cant evem enjoy the game, because even though it is 6gb of ram, the chipset is bullshit and I wasted a ton of money on this phone and comparing it to my huawei nove 3i I'd still use my huawei.

On breaking the seals on the box and then taking the phone out to charge what is a nice slim good looking white phone. I then removed the charger and cable to of course to charge it. As soon as I took the cable out of its wrapping one can tell it's too short, and after measuring it at only 75cm long, it surely is short for my use. Now the charger, I tried to plug it into a wall socket and of course, (why would it fit) it would not fit. How am I to know you need a micro screwdriver to loosen the two screws? The next day after being informed by photos showing how to use the charger I was only just able to unscrew the two screws. What if I had damaged the screw heads? Is the guarantee void? Instructions are so small I need a magnifier
