SweeetY, 07 Apr 2022A13 is very cheap, so what do you expect...i guess A23 will... moreI think we've arguably reached the point in our technology now where a brand new, £150 - £180 smartphone, made by one of the worlds largest and most renowned brands, should be able to function acceptably when brand new and fresh out the box.
If we compare the A13 to say, the much cheaper Motorola E30 - the E30 absolutely flies out the box compared to the A13 and it's only £99 in the UK. The Motorola G31 (£169) is a similar experience, as are the Oppo A54 (£179) and Redmi Note 10 (£160ish). If this handset wasn't a Samsung, based on performance alone it would be AT LEAST £50 cheaper and it still wouldn't feel like a great experience.
You can do a lot better for your money ultimately, it's just the brand pull and power that seems to dominate most peoples purchasing decision sadly.

For those saying that there are cheaper phones with better specs out there you guys should realise that if someone is going to buy this, its not power users, its the simple folk that dont really care about specs and just want a phone. Its a great phone to give to a kid or for a construction worker to use since its fairly cheap(at least imo)

I work in a smartphone retailer and we've just got these in for sale and my God - they are AWFUL.
For emphasis once more; awful.
Lag and heavy stutter out the box, fresh, brand new. Huge bezels. I saw the move from the Mediatek chip in the A12 to the Eynos in this handset would be a big improvement - but alas; I've never seen a new handset lag and stutter so badly.
I know we've a lot of users on here that are bargain hunters and the ultimate goal is price above performance and every other facet of the smartphone, but for the love of God - don't do it. Samsung make bad phones and good phones. Xiaomi make good phones and bad phones. So do Apple, Nokia, Motorola, Oppo.
I'm not saying SAMSUNG are bad; I'm saying THIS Samsung is bad. Avoid like the plague.

Saw it plenty of times.
But so does the xiaomi but at least they have a lot better specs and can last way longer because of more disk space or ram in device.
Fact the Samsung is better is a lie.
Speaking from own experience.
Running a phoneshop company here in my country with 30+ stores in the country.

hello. if this phone does not have jyroscope i am very glad and wish to buy it. because i am not a gamer and dont need jyroscope at all.
but how about fm radio? i became really worried. does this phone realy has not radio?!
also, i am very glad that read this phone does not support 90 refresh rate display and also 25 wat super fast charging. ten wat is enough for me, because i tested with a21s and i confirm that any fast charging causes heating for the smartphones, even if fast charger be only 15 wat charger!

Hi I am take Samsung galaxy A13 but this mobile can not download any app in Google play I try so many times but not use Camara quality not good it's not a 50 mp I think this Camara 8 mp after one day I sell my mobile

Here in Slovakia A13 is from 173 eur for 4/64GB
4/128GB is from 206 eur
And 3/32 is from 165 eur.
Thats a lot overpriced.
Many chinese phones have a lot better specs for way less.

Theclisted specs have a mistake. The phone actually has NFC. Maybe region dependent.
