The camera sucks! My husband just bought us A13’s & changed our carrier. (I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+). So after already being disgruntled about all the work I have to put into changing everything over (since I obviously lost my cloud service), I shot 2 pictures with both phones cameras. My 9+ looks great. The A13, not so much. I am so disappointed that I want to see if they will grant me my 9+ back to their carrier, even tho I was hoping to upgrade. I do not think the A13 is an upgrade at all. There are other features I’m not happy with either. It’s a cheap bargain phone, if you’re ok with that (my husband is), but I’m not. I’d rather pay more for better quality

Best phone I've ever bought. Fast processor, good battery, and NFC with fingerprint (on side). Now make it at least 1" smaller with 6,000mah battery and it will be perfect!

Just bought one yesterday. Specifically asked if a charger came with it because the box looked to small to be carrying one. Well, when I got home I unpacked the "charger". A single cable with micro-USB connectors on both ends. What am I supposed to do with that!?! Now I have to go back to the store tomorrow and bash some skulls. Grrrr....

This is a great phone at an affordable price. Amazing battery life, runs smooth and 5G future proof. This is all the phone you need.

I get this phone 1 week ago and for the price the smartphone run very great ! If you wanna bost his gaming performance you can go on developer option and put on force 4x MSAA and you got a nicee gaming performance! Battery is very very great , only thing is mediocre is HD screen.

As a budget carrier device I think this is vastly improved over its predecessor - the Galaxy A12. I sell phones at a carrier store and the difference is immediately noticeable in every aspect.
The 90Hz display makes things feel smoother, but beyond that, the improved CPU actually makes the phone run acceptably. The A12, right out of the box, would lag and stutter tremendously from the many setup processes running in the background, and it would give an immediate negative impression to the customer. The A13 on the other hand handles this setup overhead gracefully, little to no stutter at all.
The main camera shooter is actually fairly decent, it's awesome that we now have actually good cameras on budget smartphones.
I think this phone will more than satisfy the needs of the average consumer who just wants to scroll social media, read articles, snap some pictures, and play Wordle lol
