Regretted getting this SAMSUNG A14 4G (Exynos 850) phone. The receiving radio network is very poor. My old SAMSUNG J7 PRO (2017) is capable of connecting to weaker network signals, but not the A14, even when both are placed side-to-side.
Also, the camera takes poor and over-exposed photos most of the time. It is also sluggish in performance and its battery capacity will lasts about 1 day only, unless no intensive use of surfing the Internet. There are still some bugs in ANDROID 13 and some Apps like File Commander Manager can't even be installed from the GOOGLE Playstore. Also, HTML files cannot be opened using 3rd party File Manager Apps.
Over all, it's a lousy phone with a slow SAMSUNG Exynos chipset. I don't think I'll ever buy another SAMSUNG phone again.

Mizah, 26 Sep 2023I just bought the phone recently. You get what you paid for... moreYou should bought A14 5G, you lose ultra wide camera but you get 2 or 3 times better performance

No reason to get this when you can get the A14 5G or the A24 instead for just a little more money. The Helio G80 is a 4 year old mid-range 12nm processor - it might not be powerful enough to deliver a smooth lag-free experience.

I just bought the phone recently. You get what you paid for. I got the phone with the exynos 850 and its just really bad compared to my old flagship phone which is the s9+. Buy the phone if your not planning to play heavy games.

The 4G version doesn't get very bright. Even indoors max brightness looks pretty bad. Good thing they let you delete all Samsung's bloatware though (except onedrive for some reason)

My Galaxy A14 is way too big for my hands. I can hardly use it comfortably. The processor is slow, which means apps take forever to open, and the phone feels sluggish. Plus, there's no fast charging, so I have to wait a really long time for it to power up. Overall, I'm not happy with this phone. Not recommended.

Phone Reviewq, 06 Sep 2023I have had this phone for over a year and I really like it.... moretheir a14 does not last a day because they did not use it long term, or perhaps they go full throttle to game when bought new😂😂😂 just avoid any updates anyway. the a14 would run like a10s after android 15 update..
