Horrible phone with outdated Dimensity 700, Samsung's Exynos 1330 is not much better than that. Could've put 810 in there but they didn't. The only reason to buy this phone is when you want to use this for 4 years (it has 4 year security updates)

Does anyone know a reliable site to buy overseas phones for use in UK?

I'm in the UK and I'm looking to buy the Exynos 1330 version of the A14 5G, which I think means I need a SM-A146B or SM-A146M instead of the usual SM-A146P which is sold here.

Or why the 6.49 inch M54 has a whopping 6000mAh battery, but the bigger A14 and A23 only have 5000mAh. What about the 6.57 inch M14 and F14, both have 6000mAh batteries. And the M14 is better than the A14 5G in every way (as per the link below), and still has place for a better battery.

And the 6.29 inch S20 FE only has a 4500mAh battery despite being bigger than the A54. And the 6.2 inch S22 Plus also only has a 4500mAh battery. So clearly many phones CAN be given better batteries but Samsung CHOOSES not to do so.

The regular one will be 7 inches (with half inch bezels) for the phablet lovers, and the "A15e" 5G should be the same size as the A10e and A20e for phone lovers.

                                Problem solved!

This is supposed to be a pocket and hand held device, not a tablet or TV where a few inches here or there doesn't matter that much.

The A54 has the same battery, and it fits into a 6.23-inch phone (from top to bottom).
But the A14 needs to be a hand/pocket breaking 6.60 inches??

There's no reason or value to the extra size, other than making it much more unpleasant to use.

When it comes to phones, a few tenths of an inch make a big difference either way.

I read all the negative reviews for the A14 and they all add up to this:

                                      "I want an $800 phone for $200."

C'mon, people. Samsung's Galaxy A14 5G is a cut above its predecessor from a year ago, the A13. It has a FULL HD screen - the A13 only had 720p.

Yes, it's a slightly bigger body, but that 5000 mAh battery has to fit somewhere - you're getting about 25% more battery with that extra heft.

That said, there was one-deal breaker for me. No, it wasn't the absence of the Samsung charger base, although that's a worthy criticism (c'mon, Samsung, would a charger bump the price that much?). No, it wasn't the lack of a dust or water IP specification (my A51 5G doesn't have that either - just get a nice case!). No Gorilla Glass on the display either - not a deal-breaker.

The thing that caused me to return it was the lack of a wide-angle camera in the back. I'd gotten more accustomed to that with the A51 than I thought - wide angle is great for panorama shots, or getting all of the inside of a room without having to stand way back.

But that was the only thing that made me take it back to Best Buy and leave a $40 restocking fee behind. Yep, forty dollars to try the phone.

Now that's something to complain about.
