Then if this happened, the store where this phone is being sold usually does some minor checking that covers charger, battery, SIM tray, speaker and display before it handed over to a customer.

Yesterday I bought a brand new A16 4g from 1 local phone shop in Singapore.
Upon returning home after fully charged battery and online registered my warranty I found that the sim card tray can't eject out. Really terrible and troublesome I have bring the phone to that particular shop for exchange but the staff there said there unable to exchange a new set but there will send my phone to Samsung Singapore for repair is really disgusting and disappointed for me I swear I will never buy anymore Samsung phone in the coming future.

Samsung won't be a wrong choice. In this particular model, it is strange for me on 4/128 variant. GSMArena has highlighted this as well in their review. Perhaps this is to rich choices among the series and an effort to see people's response to it. I appreciate it and hope Samsung fans won't have issue, I guess. We should put into mind about the longer software update as another critical point that they always offer which warrants longer usage of the device.

Anonymous, 29 Nov 2024🤔No 3.5mm audio jack. Got FM Radio🤔. Must be fake😜.There are some but very rare amount of phones like certain HMD era Nokia smartphones or Samsungs (Galaxy A80 from 2020 is one example) that have FM radio capabilities but no 3.5mm jack
