It should be illegal for a $230+ phone released in late 2024 to have a horrendously thick bottom chin, 90Hz display, crappy 1/2.76" main sensor, and mono speaker.

That's just nonsense marketing ploy. This phone's CPU is only good for like 2 OS updates before any more will slow it to a crawl.

if you think A16 5G has better stabilization you might have watched an US review of the phone. since they got the exynos 1330 version.
the dimensity 6300 version is trash, even mediatek overclaims that chipset "impressive cameras" and "enhanced noise reduction" on their website, when it's actually re-using the dimensity 700 ISP

But to say it's camera is bad isn't right. It takes decent pictures, it handles low light pretty well for what it is, the stabilization is also good enough.

the ISP and EIS capability in dimensity 6300 sucks compared to 6100+ in A15 5g.

Hi guys
I have a question and I would appreciate anybody who answers me.
I have recently studied on photography topics but I don't understand something.
On my camera phone lens it is written 25 mm which is the focal length of the lens, but when I take photos and go to the details of the photo in the gallery the focal length is written 5.44.
So which one is the focal length?
The number on the lens or the number in the photo details?

Mhig, 23 Dec 2024It almost beated samsung A53 xdGalaxy A53 still steamrolls this reskinned A14. the A16 5g has garbage cameras, video stabilization is comparable to a 11 year old phone.. basically it's worse than A15 5g
