Both that and the A16 5G are pretty average phones. A16 5G might be better in a few months though. They're bad value at launch and then they become one of the best values.

if you're User Experience Oriented, you should choose Samsung
For me, ONEUI is more better than hyper OS in user experience
But if you want to better specs, you can choose xiaomi or poco
They're more better than Samsung in Specs and Price factor
