It started just fine. A sleek and relatively small phone in a nice colour with a battery easily enough for two days of normal use and very convenient fast charging. Ok, picture quality at night is quite bad and the fingerprint reader is not very responsive, but otherwise just ok. Then, huh? 32GB of storage almost full? How? I have just around 30, mostly small apps installed and the rest on the microSD. The on-system app does not even clearly specify what the storage is blocked for. Then fast forward how it is today: I naturally keep up with all the annoying updates, with notifications that cannot be disabled and being so much more annoying than even Windows 10. The phone has become so slow, it is much slower than my mid-range phone from 2015 at this stage. Now apparently it also got a "cool" feature to initiate a conference call by itself with the last person I talked to, every time when I receive a call whether I want it or not. It also seems to be a feature of Samsung Music to interrupt my WhatsApp calls asking about important T&C changes.
I think it is just too much of a feature-phone for me at this stage.

My wife has had one since January dive then she has had nothing but problems now the screen keeps going black and unreadable, face recognition oo, keys don’t always show, continually freezes etc. Basically crap but I bet they wil not tak it back. Even a second hand apple IPhone would be better

you need help,,, there is a condition that people suffer from it's called negativity!!!!
you review this phone as though it is a top end phone, which for the price it obviously is not,
it does the basics very well and is ideal for people on a budget,
don't look at the negative in everything,
if you look at your self, it's you that is negative,
next time you throw your toys out of your pram don't forget to give them negative reviews first,

The quality of the display is quite disappointing at this price point. You can see pixels everywhere if you hold it in your hand. Icon labels in the One UI launcher looks boxy. Photos in low light is rubbish, has too much noise. Only when given enough light, it can take reasonable photos.
I suggest YOU smell your oil and get into the real world. Or maybe you're paid for saying good things for Samsung, are you?

Ok, I have this phone for 10 months and it is very good. And now? Is there any place for discussion based on nonexistent arguments? If you dont have arguments against the phone then throw it away and dont bother people. Common sense? What was that?

After the update even my previous settings were remembered. I tell you everything is so damn good that I wish i had this update earlier. You should try it, dont hesitate. Go for it. I still stand firmly that everything is even better then before.
