Hello. Have always had Samsung phones. Even my pad is a Samsung. I had my phone etc stolen and bought a Samsung A20 a. Worst one I have ever had. Did not have alot of money so had to settle for that phone. Thought it a bit odd when I unpacked it when my new sim arrived. It had a 2 pin plug and the usb was only 6 inches long. It will not pick a signal up on my net work. So absolutely useless. Did not know they are over a year old as when I bought it. Was told it was new. May well be new but the plug is not English. Anyone help ??

warning about this phone.
this phone suffers from overheating problem. i have this and while it was at the start no problems. it now suffers from overheating when charging even switched off
plus you can smell stink an awful smell.
good phone except samsung have not overcome the overheating problem
