Have been using this device for over a month now and i can safely say that it is a smooth phone. Good spec, good performance. definitely a good choice for light to medium usage.

It's among better phones "for Samsung". Their phones are usually complete waste of money. Including A50 & A51.
Its chipset is 8nm - most battery efficient & least heating chipset in this price.
Back camera seems good for High to Medium light.
Selfie camera seems good to capture good Skin Tone, but not details.
Battery is 5000 mAh with 15watt charging, so you shouldn't run out.
Brightness reaches 408nits manually & 491nits brightness on Auto. That's easily good enough for outdoors (385nits is enough).
- Display is 6.5 inches, which eliminates the advantage of battery efficiency.
- Contrast Ratio is 1300:1, which isn't good. Realme & Xiaomi phones give up to 1600:1.
- Colour reproduction is 6.8-10.5 deltaE, which is among worse. This is similar or worse than the new Infinix phones.
- Display is 720p, which is bad for a 6.5inch phone in this price but these days, software can be optimised to display sharper & non-blurry text/icons despite the low resolution. It also helps battery lasts longer.
You can buy this phone if you're not a gamer, and don't need good display experience for watching movies/videos.
It's mostly good for battery efficiency - if you don't turn up brightness too much, camera - but not even close to being best, and brand identification.

The A71 is 6.7 inches and A21s is 6.5 inches. I don't understand how A21s will be longer in height but has a smaller inches compared to A71. Please, if you know you can explain for me. Thanks

I have purchased A21s a month before and facing issue for network connectivity for Jio Sim.
If somehow network lost, its not automatically reconnect. I have to put phone in airplane mode n then able access network.
I want confirm, if anybody else facing the same issue with this smartphone.

never buy samsung again !! is totally a waste, the touch around the sec.. camera does not work and has more problems than 1 phone from 10 years ago

Honestly I'd go for the A20 it's a solid phone in 2020 I bought my wife one last year June and 5 months ago it received Android 10 it's stable and decent with everyday use + you're also getting the Super AMOLED display so it's a win win situation.

I bought this phone recently without a back cover. When I use the phone without a back cover I feel the original phone body - back side is bit loose. When I hold it I can feel it to my fingers that the back casing is bit loose. Is it a fault in this series?
