Pubg players do not buy this phone. Bought couple of weeks ago, had restart issue during gamee. No claim given by service center they just changed its hardware and software but still havin' this issue. Huge disappointment for samsung. 💔💔

Hi, I bought this phone two days ago. And I had this problem. This is a hardware problem. To understand this problem, you must perform the following command. First, place the phone on an insulated surface (such as wood ) Then test the touch function at different points on the screen. This disorder usually occurs at the bottom of the punch hole. In the second step ,Put your hand on the back of the phone or part of the back of the phone. By connecting the hand to the electricity, the problemmalfunction of the touch is eliminated

Screen colors are so ugly and desaturated
Front camera glitches and is way too zoomed in and its placement on the screen is just not it
Sound buttons is right above the power button so when i watch videos i turn the screen off by mistake
Would've prefered the speaker to be on the side rather than the bottom
Other than that all is good

For a price less than A21s. No one in their right mind would even consider purchasing A21s

A21s the BEST because :

> 720p display is Great
> Battery so powerful and amazing.
So Samsung M31 is far more rubbish and wasted than the Super A21s.

Everyone's hating on this phone for having a subpar screen, but honestly you are getting a lot for the price. Massive battery, decent camera, an appealingly modern punch-hole screen design, etc. While the screen itself is the main drawback, it's still a great budget phone.

Had the phone for a few weeks and so far I like it. Nice big screen although I would of preferred amoled as the colors feel a bit muted or washed out and it seems a bit dim in sunlight, it's a 720 HD+ display so there is a lack of sharpness especially when viewing videos but not awful as most reviewed mention. Camera performs well during the daylight for a budget phone and performance is good for day to day use and low intensive games. I have the S10 and it obviously does not match up to a flagship in anyway but for a budget phone and for the price it's a great phone and I recommend it. Just be aware of its short comings!.

Yes it has that plastic sound naturally. It get it on my own too. newly bought..but the plastic is polished so aok
