no problem at all. so smooth & comfortable.
use with PROfessionally OK. if not, problem will come.

My phone reboots most of the times when I open WhatsApp or when I'm using YouTube. What's the cause? I cannot uninstall the WhatsApp or youtube though... Its a major app now a days.. I've even made a factory reset. This issue started after installing the latest JULY update.

I bought a21s before 1 month..but since 1 week while charging the phone it's taking nearly 3 hrs to be fully charged..and loose battery charge very soon, within 2 to 3 hrs the power goes decreasing uptown 50%.... plz anyone help me to come over through this problem

Aazir , 17 Aug 2020Still the same problem is occurring even after the factory resetHave u allowed it to update. I am not experiencing such with mine. After first charged I had the opportunity of wifi, it updated necessary software.

I don't see where all these bad reviews or problems are coming from . I've had this phone over a month battery is brilliant I charge it every other day . It's quite smooth . Gaming is reasonably good . Screen is fine once your used to it. Camera got an update after a couple days and improved it loads pictures look loads better than my old galaxy s7 . I will advise a case though as it's very slippery on surfaces

Hey. I just bought it today in and 1st thing I noticed is the screen sharpness is really poor. Is it really normal? Like when watching vids on youtube, even when i switched the resolution to 720p i just cant see the sharpness at all. Pls tell me!! Is it fake or something???
