By far the worst Samsung, my A3 (2016) has better colour, better sound and better touch response. Screen has colour and Samsung customer service just will not reply, absolute trash.

i think the problem come from your self.
A21s is Great and Better.
If professional use this A21s no facing problem.

Mine one is perfect. Using it from last 2 weeks. No display problems, no speaker problems, nothing mentioned in the previous comments but yes it's camera is not up to the level of other mobiles within same price range.

Bought it 5 days ago.. for 6gb ram i guess i quite slow and sometimes freeze for almost 15 second. And today i swear this is the 4th time phone restarting by itself whenever i watching youtube and other apps on going. Nothing heavy usage by me.. no games or whatsoever.. just average user browsing socmed things and works. Why the phone restarting by itself?
P.s. this is my 1st time using Samsung smartphone gen. Had bundle of clamshell era phones.. B4 this iam hardcore xiaomi & huawei smartphone user

Bought one today and took it out of the box and it has a scuff in the right hand corner (on the plastic). Shop won't exchange! Any one else take it out of the box and it's scuffed?
