Go to device care, three dots, turn ON the auto restart feature and then turn it back OFF again. The issue will be fixed. I love this phone just got disappointed for some time because of the restart issue. Other than that it's a great phone

I lived in a place where mobile network is low and i found all my relatives and friends samsung mobile network is really bad.. I don't know why? What about samsung flagship phone?

I bought this model just two days before.. lots of problems by using this device. I called the executive who recommended the phone. I need to change this model soon..

i really don't understand some people here... i own this phone for 3 months now and don't face any issue at all... everything works as it would and i am completely satisfied with my a21s... best phone in this price tag for me.

I bought thiw phone a month ago since it has lot of problem i face the screen shutdoun by itself and the voice msg not working well the volume i put till last but very low volum .
I dont recommend to any one to buy very disappointed

Samsung's OneUI is well optimized compared to chinese counterparts. Just dont expect too much for this price range. -we get what we pay for-
