Do not buy this phone!!! I bought it because I was going for the cheapest option and now I am gonna have to buy a more expensive phone just after 3 months because I am so sick and tired of this phone. I am not even going to bother trying to fix it at a service because with this many bugs and errors, I know that it will just create new ones and I will have to take it to a service every week. The screen lock/shut down button stopped working and I can no longer use it. Before this happened, the phone just kept randomly locking the screen while I was in the middle of doing something. The phone also randomly "presses" the volume down button and many times left my phone on mute. There are many more small bugs that get on my nerves but I won't even bother listing them all.
I will probably get the biggest problems fixed and then sell this phone for a very low price.
And I know that this is not just my individual phone's problem because the salesperson that sold me this phone mentioned that it has many bugs, but I ignored the red flags because I was being a cheapskate. Now I pay for my mistakes double!
P.S. not bug, but I also don't like the picture quality because it distorts the natural colors and makes them look quite artificial.

Shadowwalker, 26 Nov 2021Please does this phone do call recording?No it does not do call recording. You need to download app from android. Plus the 4gb ram is too bad. Within a week it starts giving you trouble for camera and other apps

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2021Any update? It's been a hassle and it's very annoyingupdate: videos in mx player stutters too both on sd card and internal storage. what I do is switch to the stock video player.
workaround in netflix is to touch the scren once the lag or stutter starts. it will go back to normal for a few minutes or seconds, your mileage will vary. Hope samsung fixes this. such a shame for an awesome fone to have an issue like this.
ps. 5k battery feels like a 3k. Ive already put the very active apps in deep sleep but I still wake up to 40% battery from full charge at night. this happens on both mine and wifes a22 5g.
