Anonymous, 27 Nov 2022Why screen mirroring option is not available in samsung a22 5gScreen Mirroring to Android smart TV is coming. TVs having chromecast/MiraCast also coming.
1) First Your phone and Tv should be on same wi-fi
2) In Tv enable built-in Chromecast
3) Down Load Google Home and Install.
4) In Google Home you can search for Tv device.
5) Then screen cast then cast. You will see your Smart phone screen on TV.
For Samsung TVs with Tizen operating System buy a Google chromecast usb/HDMi plug in external device.
Repeat above procedure. Cheers

I got the Android 13 upgrade in the UK today. I haven't had any problems with the fingerprint sensor, it works quickly for me. Something I don't like is having to use 2 buttons on the same side of the phone to take a screenshot, which can be tricky.

Great phone, fingerprint sensor is very responsive, good screen with high resolution, No lag whatsoever very smooth experience, the cameras are ok.

it shuts down any app in the background
I'm not using battery saver or any thing to
reduce background apps
and the fingerprint is bad it was acceptable in android 11 now in android 12 it's garbage

t, 30 Sep 2022i got this phone 2 days ago. should i upgrade to android 12... moreok so i eventually upgraded it and i love it so far. no differences in battery life and camera quality so far. the fingerprint sensor works fine. overall just a smooth update.

From my old J2 Core to the A22 5G is quite an upgrade. Overall im just grateful to move from 16GB to 128GB ;-; Im not a picture taking person, video recording or voice recording type person so I dont use those feature enough to be able to criticize it or share an opinion on it, but my problem is the fingerprint scanner! Its very slow, inefficient and I think its in a bad place. Tbh, it is quite convenient for it to be at the power button but I had to make a habit of not putting my finger on the power button when im holding my phone and when im trying to unlock the phone or an app that I have the security feature on I have to try multiple times. One thing I love though is the fact I can have tabs over apps. As a gamer I just have WhatsApp as a tab in the background and I open it whenever I wanna check messages or message someone :>

i got this phone 2 days ago. should i upgrade to android 12? is the camera quality any different? is the sound recording different? has battery life improved?
also the fingerprint sensor is kind of a let down. it's just bad and can't read my fingerprints well unlike realme 6 (which also has a side-mounted sensor) where it opens immediately.

Bought this to replace much loved damaged S7 Edge....aware A22 is not hi end.
Pleased on all counts for the price - EXCEPT ONE BIG PROBLEM - audio recording quality sounds muffled (I've heard it described as the 'underwater effect') I can get round this on audio only by using RECForge Pro which has an auto gain over-ride. But on video recordings there is no way round it. I use vid recordings to do demos for my music students, easy to WhatsApp straight off phone. This is a major disappointment.....spoke to Samsung Tech support who suggested I try factory reset, get Android 12 - no improvement.
My wife's 'inferior?' A21 4g is fine as is my Tab S3. Now considering returning to repair department under warranty - big hassle to wipe phone content and live without smartphone whilst being repaired. NOT HAPPY.
