It uses a 50MP camera, with 1080p video, rather than your J7 Core having a 13MP camera. Remember, the higher the MP is, the better. Plus, from what I can tell, Your phone is way less powerful than a $60 USD phone! The A14 5G also has a water drop notch, so it uses way more screen size than your J7 core. I use an A14 5G, and to be honest, I love it! So I bet you will love it too! The A14's storage and RAM can be as small as 64GB, and 4GB respectively. Also, the A14's battery is almost 2x your phone's milliampere per hour, at 5000mAh, while you have 3000mAh. Trust me, I'm being honest here, the phone your using is E-waste. So you might wanna switch to the A14 5G! The A14 runs Android 14. And will get One UI 7 as soon as it comes out.

My pervious phone (This) lasts well from 25 July 2022 until 20 October when aftermaket screen is end its life after 4 months of replace old cracked original screen. Now i am happy using a Samsung Galaxy J7 Core. Despite a old smartphone model, it gets job done despite Touch issues and broken/missing button housing.

A0x - A2x series is a cheap line up phone
A3x - A5x series is middle range line up
A7x is semi-flagship or flagship in lite version

shutter delay / shutter lag is very annoying
its take around 3 - 5 second delay
but
if you use pro mode, its reduced become 1 second only

I have bought an A23 in December 2022, inclusive of 2 years guarantee. Jan 23 and up till now May 24, i have sent four times the phone for repair due to " unable to charge the phone" as reason. The last time we called the technician said that the phone had been oxyded and warranty void. I am from Mauritius
