It doesn't allow user to use secure folder and it does not have app encryption also...I'm okay with this product but not satisfied...

I have bought an A23 in December 2022, inclusive of 2 years guarantee. Jan 23 and up till now May 24, i have sent four times the phone for repair due to " unable to charge the phone" as reason. The last time we called the technician said that the phone had been oxyded and warranty void. I am from Mauritius

After the May update, your next Restart or Power off will likely crash the phone with no way of turning it back on as of May 15th. Best to avoid the phone or avoid turning it off again for a long time

Sorry, my mistake, A23 model has Snap 680 4G. A23 5G model has Snap 695 5G.
