I've stupidly moved from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy A23 and am having a heap of trouble adapting to it. eg. it quits during a call and I thought we had set it to stay on for 5 minutes. Then I have no idea where I find out how to change that. Is there a user guide or the like to enable me to make the thing at all useable or do I need to chuck it and go back to the iPhone?

Uzi please justify your reason. For Samsung which component is atleast good.
Speaker , lcd display ppi , are they providing charger , are they providing backed silicon cover , good optimised os for according to hardware parts , solid hardware , monthly updates or customer service support.
I'm telling not for this phone , this is for all A,F and M series for 0,1,2,3.
Note : nowadays phone manufacturers aren't giving charger for their phones but they need to give better battery for atleast 3 days use with one single charge. They can use R&D for Li-ion battery.
And they can stop unnecessary cost for
01. 2 or 5mp macro camera not need , but only one rear camera is best (samsung own camera is best)
02. Stop Additionall paperworks inside the box.
03. Too large screen like 6.4 - 6.7 inches. but 6.0 inch is much better with good ppi.
04. Monthly updates (like Nokia , Moto) is better than quarterly updates.
05. Very cheap hardware is useless compare to good (xiaomi) hardware.
