Upgrades from a23 to m23
- better ultrawide camera (5mp to 8mp)
- better isp (if i'm not wrong 680 isp uses the same isp as 660)
- much better performance (750g is just much better than 680)
- you get 120hz display instead of 90hz
- you get 4k30fps support

Most probably it is a consequence of the overall chip shortage and supply chain constrains. But for me at least the good part is the software support which is better compared to the competition.
