This $184 Samsung is just the same chipset G99 as $105 Poco M5. Samsung just bang out of order.

8GB of RAM would be the perfect option for this phone since it has lower CPU speed compare to Snapdragon

But again if u can spend more on 8gb. Its better to just do that. If ur budget is lower, 6 gb is fine. I'm using 6 gig and even with a lot of stuff open in background and in current use. There's atleast 1.2-1.31 gig free
