What I really want is to take this phone, the A25, and the upcoming S24+ and put them back to back and smush them together. It's just frustrating that I have to choose between having IMHO great external features like a headphone jack, SD card slot, and side-mounted fingerprint, and great internal features like chipset, zoom camera, LTPO screen, wireless charging, and on. I seriously wish I could just pop all those pieces out from the 24+ and put them in this chassis, Fairphone-style.

Your Snapdragon phone may 10 degrees hotter and 10% faster in a benchmark, but it's not worth it.

Anyway JagatReview review content of Galaxy M34 5G shows the performance of Exynos 1280 is now finally free, no longer arrested. But the temperature can reach 47°C tho, atleast that if you're playing heavy games like Genshin Impact.
Anyway there's an information saying that Samsung is planning to rebrand Exynos into "Dream Chip" starting next year. And I hope it's more than just rebranding. But an actual improvement.

Tobol, 23 Nov 2023Exynos is not imp, gpu is mali g68 compare to any g57 mc2the problem with exystove is they throttle, faster gpu and cpu is useless if you can't utilize it fully. to prevent this, always use phone cooler 24/7 🙂
samsung just copied the same homework from snapdragon 810 just to make "exynos"
exynos wouldn't be a mess if they are doing proper research on efficiency, thermal management, and fabrication.

you have to suffer, 22 Nov 2023pretty sure you only watch high quality yt video. let alone... moreI bought the A33 as a temporal replacement of my S21+ but ended up as primary device and it can definitely handle gaming like New State Mobile at high settings without problem and the max temp I got while gaming for a long time was around 43°c which is okay because I have seen Snapdragon-powered devices heating much more
