What I like about the new Samsungs is that the edge (rim) is slightly thicker. If the device falls flat, it can distribute the impact energy better on the frame and the damage to the display will be less.
I never liked the colors that much, my dad's a52s was too poppy, but my mom's A34 got better. The A34 is acceptable.
Still prefer the Panasonic digital camera colors.
I prefer the side finger print readers because they are slightly recessed, better protected and they may use less energy.

The A25 and M34 have a screen with a brightness of 1000 nits, but GSMArena indicates a difference in the maximum brightness of the two screens: the A25's is HBM (High Brightness Mode), while the M34's is peak. Does this mean the A25 loses?

I made one when I was at college studying electrical engineering. The power requirements for the most basic possibly FM radio are almost nothing - indeed people even used to make radios which have no internal power supply at all, they used the power of the recieved radio signal to make the sound. Obviously more complicated radios which have to do some signal processing do need their own power, but it isn't a lot. Much less than cellular - I guess that is mainly because radio is 1-way - while cellular requires the device to emit it's own signal to maintain a conversation with the cell tower.

1. The Dimensity 1080 is a good bit more powerful than the 1280, runs cooler, is a bit more energy efficient.
2. Signal reception on the 1280 is hit-or-miss for some reason. The 1080 seems to provide more consistent signal reception and call quality, also more stable data connectivity. The 1280 isn't bad in this department, but it is inconsistent, whereas the 1080 is consistently good.
3. Definitely a better main camera on the A34.
4. A34 probably has better build quality.
My brother in law has an A33 (own phone) and has also used an A34 (company issued). The A33 has specs nearly identical to the A25 (including the Exynos 1280 at its heart). It is inferior to the A34 in almost every way.

At the end I bought A25 considering it has long guarantee (Because it is 2024 phone). FYI, my A25 camera results look equal to my friend's. If you want the best phone camera, you should buy iPhone 15 Pro Max.

@ManDeepest, being indecisive is hurtful huh. Well while both are similarly capable at photo and video, remaining characteristics differ. Only you can make the decision.

It was all analogue and you could talk to some a hundred miles away especially at night when ionospheric skip was strong, like short wave radio. You can by digital systems but they extremely power restricted by law and basically line of sight. I really don't know why some countries have passed laws that ban FM radio on smart phones since they provide a means of staying in contact with emergency services alerts. Most smart phone chip sets still have an FM radio but they are disable by manufacturers to comply with these laws. They can however be enabled.
