The problem you described happened to my old Samsung phones infrequently, but not the A3 yet. Your phone may return to normal on recharging. If the problem is recurrent, I would advise that you send it back to Samsung before the warranty expires.

I bought my phone not even a year ago but the battery started to do funny things a couple of days ago. I recharge it to 100% as I have done for the last 10 months but only after a few hours it goes low although I'm not even using it! Normally of course I can use the phone for several days without recharging the battery. You seem to know something about it and I will certainly try to follow your instructions. However, do you have another tip to give me or do you think I should go back to the shop with the phone which is still under warrant? Thanking you in advance for your advice!

Perhaps the slowest phone in this generation, it's a massive, massive disappointment and not worth the money.

AnonD-416521, 12 Apr 2016Good phone but battery is a crap. What we are supposed to d... moreYou are using the phone wrongly (cf. Apple). Drain the battery to 0% once every two months to recalibrate the battery meter. You should observe that it now takes longer to drain to below 10%. Try it.

I really need some advice! I have Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) and i was on Snapchat and when i record on Snap it dosen't match when i talk, So it kind of lags. The Camera app is all fine but Snapchat isn't! What should i do?

Good phone but battery is a crap. What we are supposed to do? Having wi-fi or 4g data off all the time. So we can have better battery phone? Plus is non removable battery , great feature btw (irony) , in a few months battery will become addicted, and what are we suppose to do , having a battery powerbank on our pockets. For the overpriced phone i tell you something i will never buy a phone for the "looks" again.
And btw samsung no more , overpriced make and makes a good phone but with no battery endurance for it.

i bought a3 2016 , its screen display got dead, i applied the process of power button and volume etc , i got the display back .. it happened again and again and i repeated the process .. i got back the display for few times but now m not getting it ... its all black but the phone is still working i can recev calls and etc but display is black ...
what should i do ???
