I bought this phone couple of days ago and now just realized that I cannot find "Turn off screen during calls" option on calls settings. Does anyone has same issue? does this model has really a proximity sensor or tech spec is a fake?

Yes, it isn't something to be alarmed about.
If the device battery has completely drained, and since some time..(sometimes this happens when you open up a brand new phone) it may take it a while to start charging and boot up or give any indication.
So don't worry, this has happened with me a couple of times.

Just got the A3 yesterday, and put the device on charge. The device did not start charging until 10 minutes later after plugging in. Is that supposed to be like that? All other devices I know charge immediately.

Go to Settings > Call > Call Alerts > Check the option "Minute Minder"
