It should been 720p display and 2 gb of ram and if this 12990
in the philippines,it would really beat xiaomi

Oh wait I forgot you could always buy the phone first then wait for an update in about 6-12months later to use your 64bit processor. Man I love Samsung they always put their customers first. Lol Samsung for life!!!!

I think the specs are wrong: only 8 Gb (5Gb available) for the A3 and not 16 Gb. Only A5 has 16 Gb memory.

Waiting long time for Samsung to make a step competing the Sony z compact phones... and disappointed. only difference with s4 and s5 mini is the 64bit cpu. but to put this they made it without sd card, fm radio, non removable battery.
REALLY PIECE OF CRAP. Samsung should change their CEO or engineer or someone making dicisions. All their phones look the same. no progress year over year.
They shouldn't complain if chinese makers very soon will get half of their market share.

People, the chipset has a 64 bit processing power, even at 1.2 GHz quad core arrangement it can outperform many mid-range smartphones!
Anyways, Samsung has done a good job here , good pricing can be a game-changer!

the spec sheet is pretty much similar to the s4 mini. only problem is the dual sim version of the a3 has no sd slot

No Gorilla Glas
No Removable battery
No Hd display
Only 1GB of ram
No Sdslot for Duos
No Radio
etc Etc . .
Indians can Buy Much More spec'devices at Much Lower price Now . . .
