hello everyone from greece!i bought this device a week ago!it hasnt been a day that worked 100%..my issue has to do with the incoming calls...i cant not receive calls!then i receive messages that someone called me!i went to samsung greece ,,they cant fix it..they said that they cant replace it for a new one!the only solution that they gave me is that there is a global web with samsung issues and some day someone will fix it..!i bought a brand new smartphone!it is really great!but it doent work !a phone with multiple choices but cant except calls!!mercy!does samsung in other countries find it so hard to replace a device and doent care for your problems?!i thought samsung was a quarantee company...

I have 1gb ram varient of this phone its working good. Nut is it 4g? If yes how can i use it coz i can't see any kinda option.

the design for this mobile is very good and very light.
But we do not know about THE quality

I had no charge and the electricity was gone,the phone turned off but after the electricity came I charged it but it had no response and I couldn't turned it on. It stucked for 13 hours and still I couldn't turn it back on.

Have lost sound on phone. I can't hear the person I am phoning and they can't hear me. If I push the loudspeaker I can hear them but they still can't hear me. I have searched settings to no avail.
Can anyone help?

i have mine since January 2015, i write from it now, no problems so far, no case and only minor scuffs which are visible because mine is in white color. battery last me 1day easy , loudspeaker is ok, earpiece and microfone are loud and clear, camera is ok for a 2014 device, not much behind the a5 2016 my friend has.
it feels sturdy, took a few drops, no cracks only scuffs.
screen quality is ok i watch hbo go alot of time on it and never wanted more screen or better colors or soever.
buy the 1.5gb ram lte, i use mine with a 64gb microsd no problem.
it's getting android 7 so it will get even better.
can now be had for like 120€. totally recommend even in 28 february 2017!!!!!!
also the white one looks slickest.

Is the selfie camera good? Is 1.5 GB RAM enough for the Samsung's OS?
I'm between A3, Idol3 - no SD card, at least where I live - and Lenovo K6 - really great phone, but the microphone audio is too low..
I won't play games or anything and don't like huge phones. I look for a good/decent selfie camera, enough storage, not too slow and not very fragile phone.
A3, a good choice?

Mine started playing up. Issues with charging device. Last night was the worst, after turning off the running apps as suggested it took even longer to charge. 8 hours. And even then it got to 90 percent and started dropping. Its not that old. I have taken care of it. Started to freeze. Thought it was a virus but I have read that you cannot get a virus?
Anyone with similar issues?

Had mine for 1,5 yr but aside from freezing almost daily no problem till few hours ago when the keyboard disappeared suddenly. You feel quadriplegic with only voice recording, no messaging no texting no surfing. Tried to download a keyboard none there. Go wants everything from ur phone!! Scary!! Any help???

Great phone , built quite future proof with an decent camera and an exceptional build quality.
The phone itself has a small screen , but it fits percectly into the hand , it still gets software updates and support .
It's battery is not enough for nearly a day of usage under common tasks eg. mail checking , youtube & other media consumption and web surfing.
I would 100% recomend this phone for anyone to buy that wants an 4.5" beast , but if you have some spare money , you should probably get the 2016 version or the nokia 6

I guess it's a real delicate darling. Got dropped in some water for no more than a second, I pulled it out fast enough ..yet boom! the home button now refuses to work at all..Anyway, apart from that, sad that it doesn't support 4g (At least the H model) so Jio sim doesn't work!!
