One month after purchase the WiFi, Bluetooth and hotspot stopped working.

I like the phone, smooth, quite fast and battery lasts the whole day. The only thing is software glitches every now and then, tried resetting to factory and hoped for upgrades but no luck..

Hello. I am from Sri Lanka. I have been using this phone for more than a year now. I must say that this is one of the best phones I have used so far. Everything is great.. No lags.. If you are interested to buy this phone, please buy it. It would have been much better if the fingerprint sensor came at the front of the phone. But if you are not using fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone all the time, this is not a problem.. Really a good phone...

Any samsung pho... moreSamsung pay isn't really that bad...if you travel to some foreign countries...people steal credit card information by swiping in some store ..Samsung and apple pay use encoded raido wave technology..so credit card number is secure

Ok phone.
Not super fast.
But will eventually get the job done.
Stunning display.
Battery life is better than average.

Great Device. But, not a good phone to buy. Any samsung phone is not a good phone because Samsung phone forces the user to use some apps which are not needed and the user has no control over it. It keeps installing it even if you disable it. Samsung Pay Mini, is the app which keeps getting installed, like some has hacked your phone even I turned off the auto update feature for this app and Samsung Pay in Google store and in the app store by samsung, still it keeps updating by itself. I think it is a virus. In Nokia, Apple, Sony, I never found this issue. Apple has Apple pay or some name, Nokia has some app for payment I dont remember it's name, Sony has its app for payment, I dont remember it's name, but it is optional whether you want it or not, But, Samsung device galaxy a30 is annoying, by forcibly installing samsung pay mini and you cannot disable it. Please dont buy any samsung product. At first the device is good then after update it is bad. I even went in developer mode to turn this feature off, but you cannot do it. So, I tried to disable the app in developer mode, you can't do it. You will be facing the same issue in any samsung device.

My Samsung a30 is having serious service mobile data issues my service always lags. Very slow. Before it only happens when i use 2 different sim cards on the phone now it happens everytime

I dropped this phone...least more than 10 time's
Still working great.
Battery life is still good after 1yr

I bought this phone on June 12, 2019. Today Oct 1, 2020 (1yr and 3months + days)
I always use this phone all days especially summer vacation (2months) and every weekends. Mostly playing games and watching movies and series.
BUILD QUALITY: Most of the time I don't use a case. So the Plastic back has many scratches if you look closely. I dropped it many times before and still the phone is still perfectly fine.
DISPLAY: Still great! No burn in or whatsoever. Just some hair thin scratches from may nails I think... you don't see it unless peeping to it
CAMERA: Slightly to no changes in terms of the Quality of the Camera. The Main 16MP take good to great pictures in daylight but acceptable to bad in lowlight. The 5MP Ultrawide is acceptable in daylight and bad at night. Selfie cam is also good at day and bad at night.
Videos? Just fine, no EIS or OIS.
PERFORMANCE: This variant has 4GB RAM. The performance is kinda ok. When you open more than 3 or 4 apps sometimes it lag or flicker.
BATTERY: I almost use it all day especially weekend and Summer Vacation. Most of the time I play Mobile Legends and watch Anime, Movies and Series. Today the phone last from 8-11hrs of mix usage. Unlike 9-12hrs before. So overall the battery endurance is still good even if it is already 1yr+ old

samsung a30 is not a worth product. After the warranty period of 1 year the mobile charging port is not working. Then after 3 months the motherboard is dead. Actually i'm a soft user but the mobile is not good. And so many disadvantages is accured. Finally i hate samsung.
