Hero, 13 Apr 2020My Samsung Galaxy a30 mobile battery drains fast...so what ... moreTry to do Factory reset , and then switch off the phone remove the sim tray and wait atleast 5-6 hours and then insert the sim tray and do the settings and use it.
better you do the factory reset at night bcz you can save 5-6 hours time.
Next time use Chinese phone. really it's worth for your money.

if you buy this phone and for some reason i doesn't work well, you probably got a faulty device because this is a very good phone

Why everyone mention your problems here, better inform to your retail shop or Samsung company or send the mail to Samsung. Then they will look those problems.

My phone has stopped fast charging which I noticed after upgrading my phone to android 10. Please is there a way I can bring back the fast charging.

After the Android 10 update, the first thing I noticed is the battery. It drains weirdly fast. Today, when it reached 5%, I turned off the screen and went to the bathroom to pee. After roughly a little over 60 seconds, I went back to my room and tried to open my phone but the battery has already reached 0%. I wasn't downloading anything. The wifi and data are off. When I was still on Android 9, this phone is fine for a budget phone. Now, well, it sucks

I have had my phone since june 6 2020 first 2 months were awesome i loved it. But 1 crack ruined it. It started get more then 1 scratch to multiple cracks to hundreds. Until chips of the glass was falling off. Camera quality slowly got worse. The slowest and laggiest device i have ever had. Randomly opened with putting in my password. If you wanna phone that lasts 1 year tops this is the phone for you. But other than that worsed buy of your life

Great phone for price...stable and fast with reasonable storage.
Fast charge is great feature and battery life is fantastic, only once in 6 months has it not lasted for the day! 😁

mira, 10 Dec 2019I have the same problem. The mobile data signal is really bad. Same as mine. Automatic turning off then in a second turning back on. Really annoying.

Updated to Android 10 one week ago. The only problem I've noticed so far is sometimes when I lock the screen, static appears for a split second before showing the Always-On Display clock normally.
