I checked in Apps settings.
when I restart my A30 every time I received notification from Samsung widget for installation. mainly so many Samsung apps are running in background.
why sound quality is low for making a calls ? how to get better sound for calls (sound is full in my settings)?
will Samsung gives Android OS updates for this A30 (like Nokia)?

Does this phone have power control chip? Don't know if I should be worried about it taking power after its full.

Lux, 25 Jul 2019Can you explain me, what are the apps you are using for hea... moreMy heavy use apps are youtube, twitch and web browser, I don't like to play games with a touch screen and this is a relatively cheap phone with low end SoC.
Heavy use for me is using those apps for about 5-6 hours per day over the course of 2 days, that's about 12 hours of use and the battery lasts a total of 48 hours.
My typical use is about 3-4 hours per day, of my "heavy apps" over 3 days, obviously this also includes messaging(whatsapp), email (gmail and outlook) and sometimes actual phone calls.
In my case, using it for more than 4 or 5 hours per day is rare, between work and my gaming pc at home.

and how many hours you are using that app for heavy usage?.
Note: I never seen any mobile phone that will support for 48h with heavy usage with 4000mAh battery!. I think you are very lucky person.

I use the phone to watch 1080p online drama more than 8 hours per day and consume more than 200GB data per month.
So I change a new phone yearly. My next phone will be HONOR 9X.

Khuan, 24 Jul 2019I was using a HUAWEI phone (both HUAWEI and HONOR are using... moreONE UI is better than Experience 9.5, but A30 one ui is consume much more ram (400mb) in background. so battery drain quickly. Then 4000mAh battery capacity isn't enough for A30.
So many apps are running in background and consume more ram in A30.
Then A30 available ram is 800mb out of 3.7GB ram (300 mb is reserved). so every 8 hours we need to charge our A30 mobile phone again and again, IF we charge our mobile phone like every 8 hours then A30 mobile battery will damaged then after one or two years later we can't use the A30. Then next step we need the another mobile phone, these all are business strategy.
Note : Still I'm using Huawei Y625 for my daily use (without change the battery or any other parts) I brought in 2015 July now almost 4 years. A30 is my second phone. so my question is whether A30 also will support like Huawei Y625?.

I love this phone.....using for month's now..
Battery dose degrades....it's the nature of lithium ion battery.

Lux, 23 Jul 2019which one is best Honor 8X or A30 ?I was using a HUAWEI phone (both HUAWEI and HONOR are using same UI, that is EMUI) before I change to SAMSUNG Galaxy A30.
I did a factory reset on the HUAWEI phone. After that, I cannot change the notification sound for the message (SMS/MMS) app and Gmail anymore. Even HUAWEI service center also cannot settle the problem.
So, for me SAMSUNG Galaxy A30 with One UI 1.1 is better.
